Return and Refund Policy
Kilobit Srl, with headquarters in Via Cibrario 40, 10144 Turin, offers digital services and online consultancy. In accordance with current legislation, customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of order confirmation, unless otherwise specifically indicated for certain services.
Conditions for Withdrawal
- The right of withdrawal applies exclusively to services purchased but not yet disbursed or started.
- Once the service has been fully performed or has been started with the customer's explicit consent, the right of withdrawal lapses.
Withdrawal Procedure
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send a written communication within 14 days from the date of purchase, indicating:
- Name and surname of the buyer
- Order number
- Service purchased
- Purchase date
The withdrawal request must be sent to Info@kilobit.it.
Refund
If the withdrawal is valid, the refund will be processed within 14 days from confirmation of the request, using the same payment method used by the customer.
